I think that it rely on how each person can learn better, so for me it`s O.K., i like to get a mark in each course, because it let me know if I`m doing well or if I have to change, enhance or improve my complishment, and when I don`t get a good mark I always think that is good opportunity to know in which area i have to improve, but I know not all persons have to manage it in the same way, some persons work without it better, because only you know how much you has efford for be better each day, and sometimes the marks are not fair, not reflect how much you improve

..Give a mark with numbers has been institutionalized since there is not other way to evaluate the knowledge or the obtained skills.
A good mark is so important because is the way to show success, nevertheless the success could not be the final result. May be a student with low marks but cunning, self-confident, successful and important executive and vice-versa, one with high marks but a failure, frustated and unemployed person
